[[:ekandor:Ilshandre:Ilshandre]] is too weak from multiple invasions to respond in kind and the armies of [[:Ekandor:Melistrande]] quickly retake the territories they lost from the peace treaty.

Known as the __Treaty of the Splintered Tower__, it makes great concessions from both Kingdom and Empire.
