The first major city the group went to after slaying the worm. The city is composed of 3 tiers. Tier 1 is common folk. Tier 2 requires proof of citizenship. Tier 3 Requires ??? Maybe money? 

City is host to all types of races. A lot of dudes in robes (religious) Outside the city they have a lot of animals in cages.
We have press passes/proof of citizenship due to Dusky's nobility
