In 743 A.R.  __**The Ruling of the Golden Crane**__  reveals the aftermath of Alsindre's insurrection. [[:npc:Merin Alsindre]] is put to death in a grand spectacle. All remaining blood relatives of Alsindre are captured and under Imperial decree marched to the capital where //**The Week Of Blood**// takes places, slowly putting to death the entire family and ending the Alsindre line. By Imperial decree if any man woman or child is revealed to have Alsindre blood they are to be immediately put in chains and marched to the capital to be summarily executed. All Alsindre lands were confiscated and divvied up the loyal Houses of the Empire.

The Heads of [[:politics:House Torshin]] and House Daridan are arrested and put to death during the Week Of Blood as both their Houses sided with Alsindre during the war. The Blood relatives of the House is stripped of their titles and lands, but are allowed to live on a small stipend.
