Ruler: Series of sheriffs across the land who gather to discuss territory issues.

The Collective City States of Eidoleen is known worldwide for their swamp, that stretches across the majority of the country. 150 million acres of swamplands. The area is strange, unlawful, and each regional territory is ruled by a sheriff, who consider themselves kings. Most of the politics are very gang-oriented. When there is a dispute between regions they are usually ironed out by a meeting in neutral territory between the two sheriffs. Rarely, it will escalate into turf wars, which need to be quashed by a calling of the court, where the sheriffs of all the territories gather, begrudgingly, to find resolutions. This was initiated by the old monarchy of Qascunia, who usually agree to provide a neutral territory.

Territories

  • The Thicket: To the far west, including Ile D'Orage, Sheriff is based in Newshy. Touristy area, but also a lot of room to get lost.
  • Lichen Forest: To the south west, encompasses the entire lichen forest, a little less involved in the overall politics, 90% Myconid/Mushroom folk, and some fey.
  • Terren's Fen: The majority of the inlets and marshy lands in the middle. Includes Terrne's Fen and the west half of Eidoleen Swamp Sheriff is based in Swamp Harbor. The land it is made up of small outposts and small collectives across the swamp, besides Swamp harbor, the next biggest town is probably less than 50 residents.
  • The Heights: Pretty small surface space, but it includes the south range of the mountains and all of the underlands that are not considered underdark. Sheriff based in Lockharth.
  • Crest Botttoms Bog: The north central area, sheriff based in Bog's Edge, includes Crest Bottoms and the very northern tip of Eidoleen Swamp.
  • Hummock: Located on the east coast of the country, known for the sprawling hills that roll into Qascunia, includes a couple of the smaller islands, and the east half of Eidoleen Swamp. The sheriff is based in Silverstrand.
  • Haven: The south central chain of islands, including the very south tip of the swamp lands, including Paradise and the Idyll Marsh. Sheriff is the king of pirate. A couple larger towns, but a lot of small outposts and communities of pirates during the off season.
  • Tsunarem: Considered its own territory, much like Lichen Forest, they don't get roped into politics.

Bog's Edge

Bog's Edge City on the edge of the swamp. Considered the Capitol of The Bog(North Central territory.) Composed of about 50% Wood Elves, Humans and Half elves, 25% monster races(Bullywug, Kobold, Githyanki, Goblin, Bugbears) and 25% of the medium-rare creatures(Tabaxi, eladrin, genasi, lizardfolk)

Haven

Haven Pirate stronghold. Anyone who's anyone in pirate world has a place here. Considered the Capitol of the Haven Territory. Ruled by a “monarchy.” There is a loose structure of truce and piratehood, stitched together by harsh punishments for those who start trouble or cause any of the surrounding lawmakers to target them. The exact race composition is hard to pin down, as the life of pirates is pretty fluid. The current king is a gnome.

Lichen Forest

Lichen Forest While not an actual city, it is a sprawling forest full of myconids, mushroom folk and Fey. The land is full of a vast variety of mushrooms, some huge and sprawling, like trees. Some small. Some editble, some poisonous, some harvested for drug effects. They remain out of politics for the most part, but have had to rise up against greedy poachers on a few occasions. They have a trade agreement with a group of druid fey that live in the area, for controlled harvests.

Lockeharth

Lockeharth Dwarven stronghold in the mountains. Considered the Capital of The Mountains (Territory including the mountains and undercities) Very large, known worldwide for their bardic college. 60% Dwarves, 30% Gnomes 8% humans, half elves. 2% other

Newshy

Newshy Known for its round-the-clock nightlife, vibrant music scene and spicy foods, it is a melting pot of races. They embrace their multi-heritage influence, and have a larger number of sea-based humanoids than any other land-city on the continent. The capital of The Thicket (the western territory.) They are known for raucous festivals that are better and longer than any other country’s celebration. Even funerals are oddly cheerful here. Racial Makeup is very diverse. about 20% human, elf, Half elf, Half orc, 20% Dragonborn, Tiefling, Firbolg, 20% dwarf, gnome, halfling, 20% Genasi, Eladrin, Tabaxi, 20% everything else

Paradise

Paradise The off-season home for many pirate crews. While Haven is the base of political structure for the pirates, Paradise is where a lot of families settle down. Composed of about 65% humans, half-elves and half-orcs, 15% Dragonborn and Tiefling, 15% Monster races (Bullywugs, Kobold, Githyanki, Goblin, Bugbears) 5% of the medium-rare creatures(Tabaxi, Eladrin, Genasi, Lizardfolk)

Silverstrand

Silverstrand is one of the stranger cities in the territory. Capitol of The Hills(Eastern most territories.) A small, eery fishing city. Very foggy and damp with a lot of strange lights and activities from the ocean at night. An eccentric deva professor and his half-giant poet gf live on a overlook, and draw in a lot of nobility and scholars for parties. it's about 50% Human, Half orcs and Half elves, 25% Dragonborn and Tiefling, and 25% rare and very rare(Genasi, Eladrin, Lizardfolk, Triton) and a Deva and Half Giant

Swamp Harbor

Major port city inland, takes skilled navigators to find the deeper streams that lead to the city. Capitol of The Swamp(The midland territories). This area attracts traders and merchants from the small outposts and settlements throughout the swamp. 50% Humans,half elves, Half Orcs, Dwarves and Halflings, 35% Rarer races (Firbolg, Tabaxi, Eladrin, Genasi, Lizardfolk) 10% very rare races (Triton, Duegar, kenku) and 5% monster races (Goblin, Kobold, Bugbear)

Tsunarem

The underwater city of Tsunarem is one of three major cities travelers and adventurers seek out. It, Like Gallanoer in Qascunia, considers itself independent of the politics of the land.Mages keeps an aura of waterbreathing on this location, making it a vacation hot spot for the rich. The racial diverstiy is odd here,as the city is underwater. Only about 10% are Human, Elf, Half-elf, half-orc, dwarf, gnome and halfling. 15% are genasi, 70% are trieon, merfolk, cecaelia, kua-toa, sea elf and tortle. the remaining 5% are other

Minor Cities

Fortuna

Off season collective of towns for Pirates throughout the South Island Territories. Hard to find by ship without a skilled navigator, this place is a home base and point of refuge for many pirates. The makeup is about 25% human & half elf, while the other 75% is mixed

Four Corners

Small town on the border of Eidoleen and Qascunia. There are a lot of markets and hotels, as it is considered a waypoint between many large cities 40$ human, elf, half orc, half elf. 20% Dwarf, Gnome, Halfling, 15% drawgonbonr, tiefling and firbolg, 15% other.
