After the death of his mother, Empress I’lshandre The Third, in 797 A.R. he becomes Emperor I’lshandre The Fourth.

In 801 A.R. King Barraton the Bold of Isanvahlt calls for aid from the Empire. His own sons have raised banners and marched against each other and his throne in a civil war. The Empire marches in response to his call for aid.

The Year of Tears Both of King Barraton's sons are slain in 803 A.R. and their armies are splintered. The civil war is officially declared over. King Barraton holds a large festival in celebration and declares that the two countries will be united in friendship forever.

817 A.R - Rumors that the Emperor and the King of Isanvahlt have been attacked by the Swords of Alsindre and has retired to the Dawn's Palace to heal.
